engaged

it happened...i never thought it would but it did, it really really did. jake asked me to marry him and i said YES! I am so excited, who wouldn't be, my goodness i had no idea it would be this much fun to get engaged. how it happened...jake convinced me to walk with him and maggie on the levee sunday morning. we had planned on going out to breakfast so all i am thinking is why does he want to walk the dog when i am soo hungry. it was a beautiful morning a runner or two on the levee to keep us company. we walked down a few steps and jake pretended to fall behind me so i kneel down to see if he is ok, and he looks up at me with tears in his eyes and says 'i love you so much' and asks me to marry him! i cried the whole walk back home and breakfast never tasted so good.
